Hotel Nutrition! . An issue I see with people is not being able to stick to their nutrition if there is changes to there schedule. I'll talk specifically about hotels on this post but the concepts can carry over to anytime you need to adapt your nutrition. . Know your calories: Sounds simple but if you know how many calories you should be consuming each day for whatever goal then you at least have some idea of what you can eat. . Track what you can: Tying in with the above point, use a tracking app to track foods that you can and at least estimate foods that you can't. May not be perfect but it's better than nothing (For example, breakfast buffet is easy to track and its single foods whereas a burger and chips you'll need to choose an option from a generic restaurant that the app has the information for). . Pre pack food: Hotels often won't have a fridge but you can still take protein powder, protein bars, beef jerky and oat pots (to use with the kettle) which can increase protein and are easily traceable. . Breakfast: Often the buffet option. Best bet, drink plenty of water, have a black coffee to suppress appetite and then eat like an adult! Just because there are cereals, meats, pancakes and croissants doesn't mean you should eat them all. You wouldn't at home so why do it here... very easy to smash 2000cals and be hungry again by lunch. Stick to lean protein and veg for the most part with a small amount of fat and some fruit. (Cut the fat off bacon so left with medallions, ask for fresh made omelette and use egg whites if cals are low, cold cuts of ham etc) . Lunch: Probably eating lunch out so either pre pack, or stop somewhere to choose a better option that's trackable. (Subway salad, pre packed meal, low cal option tesco meal deal etc). . Dinner: Now if you had low calorie options for lunch and dinner you should be able to loosen up a bit for dinner, this will at least keep you adherent to not eating shit in the day as you can look forward to this. Still choose high protein where possible but you'll probably be able to get a dessert as well. . If this has helped in any way please let me know. Or if you have any other tips please comment!

Finalmente lo introducimos al micro máxima potencia y unos 5-7 minutos. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👆Si necesitas dulzura puedes optar por añadir unas gotitas de esencia de vainilla, sirope de agave o miel (aunque no sean las mejores opciones, la cantidad es mínima, y no hay ningún problema, hay que ser flexible).
