Almost 3 weeks ago I decided I was going to make going to the gym a priority again because 1️⃣ I feel so much better in terms of energy and motivation when I consistently workout, and 2️⃣ there’s def some clothes I’d like to be able to fit into that I haven’t been able to in awhile.
With that being said, I’ve kept my goal (so far) and ya girl is down 2.5 inches! I know it’s not a lot, but it’s a step in the right direction.
Also, you’re working to lose weight, def try using measurements vs the scale because it’s so encouraging to be able to see the progress you’ve made! (S/o to my momma @nikkimcbfit for teaching me that little nugget of wisdom)
