Let me share a little secret weapon with you…. Let’s get real for a moment…I’m a mom, wife, teacher, department chair, coach and I would LOVE to say that all this energy you see in my stories doing my workouts was all natural me! HA, no!
Listen, I wake up…more like plop out of bed at 4 am, brush my teeth…head downstairs, turn on my Keurig, drink by coffee, do my hair/makeup, listen to whatever book on Audible (right now 5 Second Rule, by Mel Robbins…Amazing, BTW), connect with clients and then this happens…. I pour myself a glass of my what we mamas like to call #momcrack (LOL, it’s just green tea and stuff) and within minutes, press play and use that new energy to push a little hard, sweat a little more, and SLAY the workout. And bonus, you can seriously plow through your daily responsibilities with this stuff too and even before date night…lol (not kidding). So basically, I am powered by mom crack and superfoods (the other drink you always see me drinking). I’m all about the mom hacks and love to share!
