Actually took protein out the freezer this morning, I’m getting better at this adulting thing??? I made a tomato, chilli and garlic pasta for dinner, it was utterly devine if I do say so myself. 🤤🤤 .
50g spaghetti boiled in a pot.
In a pan fry off finely diced garlic and spring onions. Cook for a few mins then add prawns, chilli flakes, dash of salt and pepper, chopped cherry tomatoes, squirt of tomato purée and continue to cook. When broken down add the cooked spaghetti and chopped parsley, stir and you’re done!
