So cool... quite literally - the “Palace of the winds” contains 953 jharokhas (windows) that enable wind to keep the place cool. It was designed specifically for the royal women to observe the happenings of the city without being seen.
Constructed in 1799, it is the tallest structure without a foundation in the world, thanks to the honeycomb-pyramidal Mughal Rajput design.
#JAIPUR. Another city full of history and architecture from a world that is ever changing.
A small city with a huge population of skilled artisans who pride themselves in the crafts of jewelry, textiles, stone carving and plenty more.
A city of pink buildings surrounded by tremendous forts.
A select few families whome care for the elephants in the designated sanctuary.
A destination that should be visited along your #india travels.
Definitely didn't take enough images as we were enjoying the sites and sounds !
