Arthur is officially teething 😕 he's being a bit grizzly but food seems to be helping!! He's had super rosy cheeks and it matched my new favourite outfit from @marksandspencer red hot dungeres! Girls get in the gym and lift some bad ass weight. ————— I remember when I weighted 98 kgs with 58% body fat it was a sad thing but recovery from a back pain injury took me a full year to be standing again today. Injuries take time to heal. But the biggest challenge for me was to keep myself away from sinking into depression. I am still a work in progress with discipline and healthy lifestyle. —————— Fat loss is not the only option you have to work towards. There is more to life than just loosing weight. ——— For me I want to Start for Competition Prep 💪🏼 —— Being strong has made my body capable of understanding what all I can do that I hardly imagined ever before. Lifting weights 🏋🏻‍♀️ gives me a sense of empowerment. I am a Woman 👩 with determination and I bet my mental strength of which I am proud of. More than aesthetics I am training for performance. —— So girls don’t loose your heart when life pulls you down. Step up your game. Hit the gym and kick 🦵 some bad ass weights🤘🏼🙌🏻
