Dawno nie było nic z #nalawkuchni, a ja mam ostatnio świra na punkcie daktyli, więc dziś wrzucam pyszne ciasto ze spodem z daktyli i płatków owsianych. Składniki: ❇️150g daktyli suszonych ❇️60g płatków owsianych ❇️1 łyżka kakao ❇️budyń ❇️czekolada gorzka (70-80%) ❇️wiórki kokosowe Daktyle namoczyć w wodzie ok. 15 minut, odsączyć i zblendować z płatkami owsianymi i kakaem. Wyłożyć na spód blaszki. Il tutto SENZA ZUCCHERO e con solo INGREDIENTI NATURALI . . RICETTA: ▫️40 gr farina di farro integrale ▫️30 gr farina di cocco ▫️30 gr farina di lupino ▫️200 gr di albume ▫️2 cc di cannella in polvere ▫️1 cc di zenzero in polvere ▫️1/2 cc di noce moscata in polvere ▫️ 1/2 cc di chiodi di garofano in polvere ▫️ gocce di cioccolato fondente qb ▫️ 1 cc di idrolitina + acqua ▫️ latte di cocco/ acqua qb Procedimento: Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti secchi con gli albumi, aggiungere acqua qb fino a consistenza cremosa. Aggiungere le gocce di cioccolato. Far reagire l’idrolitina con un po’ d’acqua in superficie. Cuocere in forno a 180 gradi in uno stampo in silicone da 16 cm. Far raffreddare su una gratella e poi tagliare in 3 parti. Farcire con 100 gr di yogurt greco 0% e 50 gr di ricotta. PB&J CAULIFLOWER PROTEIN OATS (PROATS COATS🙈) i showed u yesterday how i make this creamy goodness, but i decided to write down here a full recipe anyway, so enjoy🥰 RECIPE (inspired by @shapedbycharlotte) the night before mix in a small pot and then leave in a fridge to soak: 1/2 cup rolled oats • 1 cup cauliflower grated using zester • 1/2 cup water or cashew milk • 1/2 cup cashew milk • a pinch of sea salt • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. in the morning warm up this on medium-low heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes stirring constantly. then add gradually 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder (i use @bulkpowders) and serve with the toppings! TOPPINGS: strawberry chia jam (to a small pot add a big hanful of frozen strawbs. cook them until thick not mashing them too much. then add 1 tbs chia seeds and let it cool. chill overnight.) • @planton_roslinny sour coconut cream • smooth peanut butter • honey or maple syrup • bee pollen (optional) • cacao nibs • @maldonsalt flaky sea salt • @raw_cocoa cinnamon white chocolate

เทคนิคขาเรียวสวยด้วยการวิ่ง🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ . วิ่ง แล้วน่องใหญ่ขึ้น…นี่คือสิ่งที่ผู้หญิงเรากลัวนักหนาว่าการวิ่งออกกำลังกายจะมีขอ­­­งแถมเป็นน่องโต ปูด ๆ ดูไม่สวยงาม เพราะถ้าน่องโตขึ้นนี่ลดให้ลงยากกว่าน้ำหนักตัวซะอีก ดังนั้น #ต้องเช็กตัวเองก่อน ✅ เราควรเช็กให้แน่ใจซะก่อนว่า น่องของเราเป็นแบบไหน มีกล้ามเนื้อมากกว่าไขมันหรือเปล่า วิธีง่าย ๆ นั่นคือ ลองจับน่องของตัวเองดู... ถ้าน่องนิ่ม ๆ เนื้อเหลว ก็แปลว่า น่องของเรามีไขมันมากกว่ากล้ามเนื้อ ถ้าเราวิ่งออกกำลังกายไปเรื่อย ๆ นั้น ไขมันส่วนนี้จะลดลง ไม่มีทางเป็นกล้ามเนื้อแน่นอน แต่ถ้าจับดูแล้วน่องแข็ง แสดงว่า น่องของเรามีกล้ามเนื้อพอสมควร มีไขมันน้อยมาก หากวิ่งออกกำลังกายไปเรื่อย ๆ กล้ามเนื้อส่วนนี้จะยิ่งกระชับ และแข็งขึ้น . #วิธีแนะนำ ✨ -ใช้ลู่วิ่ง ทำให้วิ่งได้ต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอ -เริ่มแรกจะเริ่มจากการเดินเร็วก่อน(ชัน0-3 เร็ว5.5-6) ควรเริ่มจากช้า ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่องให้นาน 45-60 นาที จะทำให้ร่างกายเผาผลาญไขมันที่สะสมอยู่แบบค่อยเป็นค่อยไป ทำให้ไม่เกิดอาการปวดขาและน่อง ควรใช้ความชันและความเร็วที่ไม่มากเกินเพราะยิ่งชันมากจะทำให้เกิดอาการกล้ามเนื้อน่องเกร็งตัวจนดูเหมือนใหญ่ขึ้น­นั่นแหละ . #ไม่ต้องกังวล ♥️ หากเพิ่งเริ่มวิ่งในช่วงแรก ขาจะใหญ่ขึ้น น้ำหนักก็ขึ้นนิดหน่อยด้วย เพราะร่างกายสร้างกล้ามเนื้อขึ้นมาหนากว่าเดิม ทำให้ดูขาใหญ่ขึ้น แต่ถ้าวิ่งต่อไปอีกสักระยะ การเผาผลาญไขมันจะดีขึ้น น่องและเรียวขาของเราจะดูเล็กลงเอง ใครที่กำลังเริ่มวิ่งก็ขอให้สู้ต่อไปอดทนสักนิดรอผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คุ้มเหนื่อยแน่นอนจ้า✌🏻💪🏻
