Working on that posterior chain. - Heavy focus on glutes and hamstrings for accessory work. - More often than not people need to include more posterior chain work. This includes the low back, glutes and hamstrings. - Building strength and size within these muscle groups will help you to reduce back pain or prevent it and will help you achieve some nice buns and legs 🍑 - You can utilize body weight exercises such as bridges, squats and clam shells but also remember to include some heavy resistance training. Such as... •Stiff Leg Deadlifts-controlling the weight up and down and squeezing your glutes at the top. This exercise places a greater focus at the top of the hamstrings, glutes and back. •Weighted Glute Bridges/Hip Thrusts-you can use the “booty builder” machine at most places but I prefer using a barbell and loading the weight this way. Tilt your pelvis slightly posteriorly and squeeze your glutes at the top, can and should include pauses at the top of the movement, as shown at the end. •Hamstring Curls-can utilize different machines for this: prone, seated, standing. Went on a date by myself 😱 . Honestly one of the most underrated things is spending time alone! Going to cafes, shops and even new towns by yourself is such a calming and liberating feeling. To go at your own pace and address any issues you may be facing is an awesome may to perform self love! . For me I have been feeling super anxious and stressed lately so I got the courage to just go to this cafe at the top of a lookout with a book, get lunch by myself and read! 📚 My boyfriend joined me briefly on his work break but for over an hour I sat there alone reading and I loved it! . Being able to spend time alone and enjoy it should be seen more as a happy thing rather than it be a sad thing. In no way does it mean you’re alone just that you’re comfortable in yourself to spend that time alone! 😊

Over 150 Delicious vegan Recipes, Plant Based Recipes for Muscle Growth, Fat Loss, and a Healthier Lifestyle & 30 Day Meal Plan . What you need: dumpling/wonton wrappers 25 count, 16 oz store bought vegan kimchi, 8 oz extra firm tofu, 2 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp sesame oil,1 tsp tapioca flour . What you do: 1️⃣ Place kimchi on a kitchen towel, wrap, squeeze out as much of the liquid as you can. 2️⃣ Place kimchi in food processor & pulse till finely chopped but with texture. 3️⃣ Press tofu with kitchen towel to get out as much water as you can, then mash with fork or hands in a mixing bowl, add kimchi, & the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Taste. Adjust seasoning if needed 4️⃣ Time to make the dumplings: clear a work space, have wrappers covered with damp towel so they don’t dry out, a small bowl of water, a parchment lined baking sheet to place the formed dumplings, & damp towel to cover them 5️⃣ Place 2 tsp of filling in the center of wrapper, lightly wet edges, fold dumpling into a triangle shape pressing out any trapped air & firmly pressing with fingertips. take two corners of the triangle, dab with water, and pull them around to join them together, again pressing with fingertips to seal. Check my story for a visual!! Place on baking sheet. Cover. Repeat. 6️⃣ On stovetop using non stick pan, over medium high heat, add enough oil to coat pan, fry dumplings until golden about 2-3 min, lower heat to med add 1/4 cup water (be careful) cover & steam 5 min. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!!

Here is the easiest protein dish that you can use for absolutely anything: with eggs to make an egg hash, over greens, with tomato sauce over pasta, stuff it in zucchini or peppers, you NAME it. It’s beyond easy. GRASS FED GROUND BEEF is a wonderful source of quality protein + you’re supporting better farming by buying grass fed. Good for the community, good for the world, but here’s the thing, GOOD FOR you. Grass fed is organic (so you’re not ingesting pesticides), higher in antioxidants, & other benefits like higher omega-3s over its rival, factory farmed meat 👎🏻I hate to sound like an NBC commercial but it really is #themoreyouknow . 👉🏻here’s what you’ll need: ✔️ 1 lb grass fed ground beef ✔️ 1 package mirepoix (pre-cut onions/celery/carrots) ✔️ 3-4 pieces of chopped garlic ✔️ Bone broth (love @kettleandfire) ✔️ Spices: pink salt, black pepper, turmeric, #traderjoes chili seasoning (this seasoning is amazing) . 👉🏻on a big pan over medium/high heat, add 1-2 tbsp EVOO & pour in mirepoix & garlic. Mix & let cook until it starts to soften (about 5 minutes). Add in 1 lb grass fed ground beef. Chop down with spatula & add in about 1/2 cup of bone broth. Cook. As that all starts to brown, add in all your spices & mix. Lower heat and finish once meat is cooked through (pretty fast). THAT IS IT! 👏🏻
