Yesterday's long ride at @revfitns was Matt and I's last class of our 5 punch pass we bought. Not that I'm a gym reviewer (maybe I should be - hit me up HRM gyms if you want a review from an unbiased - not working in the industry anymore PT) but I would strongly suggest people check out this gym! If spin is your thing you will love it, if spin isn't your thing it may become your thing (like me) or you will enjoy one of their many other fitness classes. . . The staff are friendly, get to know you, recognize new people in the room, make sure you're taken care of (fit the bike/explain the workout/watch for safety issues etc) and the classes are a great workout! The vibe is a small community with a large impact which I love. It's not the largest gym in the city but for many that's the perfect place to be; will feel like a second home. If you've never been before Groupon has a great way to start! Logo, quando esses todos esses aminoácidos estão organizados, formamos uma proteína. . 🥩Basicamente seu sistema digestivo quebra o muro, absorve os tijolos e depois de absorvidos, usa esses aminoácidos para fazer diversos murinhos dentro no nosso corpo. Esse muro pode ser colágeno, anticorpos, enzimas, hormônios, pele, cabelo, unha, músculos... Uma vez que os aminoácidos forem absorvidos, o corpo faz o que julgar prioridade com esses aminoácidos. . 🥚Alguns tijolos são mais importantes do que outros. Os tijolos que não conseguimos sintetizar são um exemplo, chamamos de aminoácidos essenciais. Esses, precisamos ingerir através da alimentação, e sua deficiência, pode comprometer a capacidade de nosso corpo sintetizar proteínas (formar o muro). . 🥦Algumas proteínas, como as animais, possuem todos os tijolos para formar o muro. Já as vegetais, de regra geral, possuem alguns tijolos faltando. Quando vc mistura uma proteína animal (ovos, carnes, lácteos..), que tem todos os tijolos, com uma vegetal (feijão, lentilha, grão de bico, sementes...), deficiente em um ou mais tijolos, vc consegue ter todos os tijolos para fazer uma proteína completa naquela refeição, contribuindo assim para a síntese proteica. . 🍣Então sim, a mistura de fontes diferentes é importante, principalmente para vegetarianos, onde uma proteína vegetal pode complementar os aminoácidos faltantes de outra fonte vegetal. Para onívoros, essa mistura não é tão importante, já que todas as fontes animais são completas. Natural face🥴 //soppy post alert🤪 ~ ~ Started the new week off with my first day at my new gym!💁🏼‍♀️ Don’t get me wrong, the lead up to today was long and I was contemplating what I was actually doing (after being at my old gym for 2 and a bit years) it was daunting and this gym is a whole lot busier. On my way there I was adamant I was just going to go straight to uni and not go (as my friend couldn’t come with me today last minute) but my logic was ‘I’m going to have to have my first session at some point’ so I just did it. ~ ~ I was nervous, but we all get nervous even though I have a fitness plan from my other gym and used to what I’m doing...it was just so strange and I honestly thought I’d end up walking out - ~ ~ 58 minutes later, I’d completed it ✅ who knew?🤪 I felt so much better after on my way to uni and I just couldn’t get over my attitude just an hour earlier... ~ ~ I know everyone’s different and copes differently but if you find yourself in my position whether it being starting a new gym (like me) or trying a new machine or whatever - even issues you face in general life! Just do it. Worst that you can do is just remove yourself from the situation if you find it too much to handle, but just tackle it the best you can and you never know of the outcome! Are you really giving yourself a chance to succeed? Time and time again I speak to people who feel lost and confused, lacking motivation and have failed over and over again in reaching their physique goals... sound familiar? Although I know you want to change and everyone starts out with good intentions and a bucket load of motivation… there are a few things in my experience that most people haven’t done that is key to being successful in reaching their goals. If you are a serial quitter you need to be honest with yourself and ask if you do these things to succeed... Control your environment…. We are a product of who we are with and the people we listen to. If you're around unsupportive, negative people, then you need to take a good fucking look at who you spend your time with. Write your goals down and plot a detailed course to get there…. Saying isn’t doing, an end goal isn’t a plan to get there. Write down the things you need to change and how you are going to change them, put that somewhere visible and remind yourself every day. You never take consistent action… intent is not action. Successful people set simple habits they do every day, make them non-negotiable and take pride in ticking those fucking boxes. They don’t get caught up in how far they have to go, but trust that if they do the small things consistently they’ll get there.
