🦋 loosing weight is one thing, MAINTAINING is another part of the journey. 2 years ago it was probably easier to do keto since there were less ‘keto’ products and guess what simply cooked food at home and that’s it.
Now I feel like I may be struggling more lately, does keto/Low Carb get boring after 2 years? Yes! I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t. I’m only human, with a busy life mom/full time job. Adapting this as a lifestyle is my mindset, mostly sugar free and low carb options, occasional cheats (maybe too many lately). I’ve gained weight recently, about 5 lbs yet I am feeling the best ever! Weight training, drinking less tequila these days 😝lol inspire yo be your own healthy version!
